Services

Performance Impression provides freelance digital marketing services including website development, paid advertising, search engine optimisation, and analytics. Scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, brand assets, account access, and payments as agreed in the project proposal. Delays in these may affect delivery timelines.

Payments

Invoices issued by Performance Impression are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Ad spend on Google, Meta, and other platforms is billed by those providers directly unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced by Performance Impression transfer to the client upon full payment. Underlying methodologies, templates, and tools remain the property of Performance Impression.

Limitation of liability

Performance Impression is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
